牡丹病程相关蛋白1表达载体的构建及遗传转化

摘 要:

为了对牡丹病程相关蛋白1 (PsPR1)基因功能进行研究, 构建了PsPR1基因超表达载体pBI121-PsPR1, 通过农杆菌介导法将PsPR1基因转入普通烟草NC89中。经过抗性筛选和RT-PCR分子检测, 获得含PsPR1转基因植株。对转化烟草的T0代植株进行抗病性鉴定, 发现转PsPR1基因烟草能轻微增强对烟草黑胫病的抗性, 说明PsPR1基因具有抗烟草黑胫病原菌(Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae)的功能。

Expression Vector Construction and Genetic Transformation of Pathogenesis-Related Protein 1 of Paeonia suffruicosa

Abstract:

In order to study the function of pathogenesis-related proteins 1 of Paeonia suffruicosa (PsPR1) gene, pBI121- PsPR1, the overexpression vector of PsPR1, was constructed and the gene was introduced into tobacco ‘NC89’ by agrobacterium tumefaciens. Using resistance screening and RT-PCR detection, the genetically modified tobacco plant containing PsPR1 was obtained. The transgenic tobacco plants of T0 generation were tested for disease resistance. It was found that transgenic tobacco with PsPR1 could slightly enhance resistance to tobacco black shank. This result showed that the PsPR1 gene had a resistance to Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae.
